You’re Afraid, Aren’t You?

The Sun Will Eventually Set On Your Life

The Sun Will Eventually Set On Your Life

Most of us are fearful. It’s an endowment our Creator bestowed on us to survive – fight or flight.

But in this case it means fearful, as in “way too fearful“!

Once, midlife was described to me like this, “When a man realizes he’s not going to live forever.”

There’s a simple solution to this.

Any of you have the guts to share?

You ain’t gonna live forever. Are you afraid of being wrong?

Yes. Scared. But I do not know if it is due to a lack of faith or confidence in my God-given talents.

One of our breakout sessions was sponsored by a company that makes a product that is critical for someone in my situation. The information presented showed me I am not doing enough for my health.

I now have more information on what to do. It’s time to act!

  2. jeff noel says:

    Wow. Sounds serious. Is it?

  3. Not serious. But convincing. I’m doing good. But I don’t think I’m doing enough to prolong my health.

My father died from heart disease at 44. I’m 46. I know more about heart disease than he did. It’s now about acting on all that knowledge.

David, you hit the nail on the head.
Sorry to hear about your Father.
A well-balanced life is exactly a you say – acting on all our knowledge.
I ain’t waiting for anybody to show me, because they’re all too busy and too far behind.
Be the change you wish to see.
